The Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) is seeking to purchase a sole-sourced OEM brand name item, specifically a Hose Assembly from Smiths Tubular Systems, with a quantity of six. The item must meet specific requirements, including a 50 FT length, 1/2" nominal diameter, 6000 PSI minimum bend radius, and 300 series CRES braided wire with Teflon (PTFE) inner core. The contract is a 100% Small Business Set Aside procurement. • The contractor must provide a technical capability statement, signed and dated, with a check in the YES/NO box. • The contractor must ensure that all offers include all costs, such as shipping. • The contractor must comply with various regulations, including those related to mercury, packaging, and inspection. • The contractor must deliver the items to the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Building 276, Portsmouth, VA 23709. • The contractor must provide documentation related to applicable items to help the Government meet the requirements within the Statement of Work.
