Description
The Utilities Department is seeking a qualified contractor to provide all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and appurtenances necessary for removal of furniture, removal and disposal of existing carpets/carpet tiles, installation of new carpet tiles and LVT tiles, and re-installation of any furniture removed for this work. The project involves the renovation of the Construction and Maintenance Building. The contractor must provide a lump sum price for the scope of work defined in the bid document. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder.
• The project requires the removal and disposal of existing carpets/carpet tiles and the installation of new carpet tiles and LVT tiles.

• A mandatory site visit will be held on October 28, 2025.
