ITB - Equipment Storage Building (Open Wall, Roof Only)

The project involves the construction of a pre-engineered steel structure to serve as a covered equipment storage facility. The structure will be open-sided with no walls and must be designed and constructed in accordance with the North Carolina State Building Code and all Brunswick County requirements. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and services necessary to complete the project. Key aspects of the project include: • Providing engineered design drawings, calculations, and engineer-stamped submittals • Obtaining all required Brunswick County building permits and scheduling inspections • Excavating, forming, reinforcing, and pouring concrete footings/piers as required by engineering • Supplying and erecting the pre-engineered steel frame system, including roof panels, trim, flashing, and all hardware • Ensuring proper alignment, bolting, welding (if required), and fastening per manufacturer specifications • Providing touch-up coatings, weatherproofing, and cleanup of the worksite
