The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide a valve, flow control, with a National Stock Number (NSN) of 4810011163360YP and a quantity of 3. The contractor must adhere to various military standards, including MIL-STD-2073-1, MIL-STD-129, and MIL-STD-648, for the preservation, packaging, and marking of the valve. The contractor must also ensure compliance with hazardous materials regulations, including International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and International Air Transport Association (IATA) regulations. • The contractor must use the AFMC Form 158, Packaging Requirements, to develop military packaging. • The contractor must apply provisions of MIL-STD-147, Palletized Unit Loads, for the preparation and shipment of bonded palletized unit loads. • The contractor must ensure that reusable shipping containers meet the requirements of the AFMC Form 158 and are suitable for return shipment of serviceable assets. • The contractor must report discrepancies using the Web Supply Discrepancy Report (WebSDR) system.
