Connector Enitiy Program Grants FY 2027

The Maryland Health Benefit Exchange (MHBE) is seeking proposals from qualified applicants to provide enrollment assistance and consumer support services as part of the Connector Entity Program. The program aims to guide community outreach activities, provide in-person application and enrollment assistance, and make referrals for additional assistance. The selected Connector Entities will serve as Prime Entities and may partner with other organizations to deliver services. The grant will be awarded for a one-year period with a possible one-year renewal option. Applicants must demonstrate their ability to provide high-quality consumer assistance services, comply with program requirements, and meet the eligibility criteria.
