Description
The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) intends to award a sole source supply contract to Globus Medical Inc. for a Precise System for use in the Nuclear Medicine Division at Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD). The system is a customized implant for leg lengthening. The contract will be a firm fixed price supply purchase. The period of performance is expected to start on 16 January 2026.
• The contract is for a sole source award, and Globus Medical Inc. is the only source that can meet the Government's minimum requirements.
