Description
The State of Maine is seeking quotations for Workday integrated time clocks, associated cloud services, system configuration, and system support services. The time clocks will be located at six correctional centers and two hospitals across the State of Maine. The winning bidder will provide 25 time clocks, cloud-based middleware, implementation of Workday, technical support, and installation services.
• Time clocks must be 2010 ADA Compliant
• Time clock screen size minimum 7” diagonal, color
• Time clock to include HID I-Class card reader
• Time clock must have battery backup
• Time clock to include POE
• Time clock life expectancy of 10+yrs
• Capacity of 100k+ punches if time clock goes offline
• Ability to handle multi-position employees
• Ability to use Worktags/Time Codes created in Workday
