Tactical Sniper Rifles with Accessories

The City of Santa Clara is soliciting quotes from qualified vendors to provide Tactical Sniper Rifles with Accessories that meet the specifications listed in Attachment A, on behalf of the City of Santa Clara Police Department. The City will issue a Purchase Order to the successful Bidder. The award for this requirement will be based on lowest responsive and responsible quotation that meets all specifications. Key aspects of the job include: * Providing Tactical Sniper Rifles with Accessories * Meeting the specifications listed in Attachment A * Delivering to City location(s) only upon receipt of a duly signed and approved purchase order/release issued by the City * Being responsible for all costs associated with shipping and delivery * Authorizing immediate replacement of any item that has been damaged in transit
