This Sources‑Sought notice seeks market research for mobile crane rental services to support NAVFAC Mid‑Atlantic Public Works. The government intends to establish an IDIQ contract (up to 60 months) and award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements to qualified small‑business firms that can provide cranes, operators, riggers, delivery, hook‑up, and pick‑up across several Virginia naval installations. Respondents must submit a concise capabilities package (max 5 pages) describing relevant experience, company profile, certification status, and geographic capability.
• Provide mobile crane (including operator and rigger) rentals for locations such as Norfolk Naval Station, Naval Air Station Oceana, and other Hampton Roads sites.
• Demonstrate past NAVFAC Public Works contracts with a minimum annual value of $75,000 within the last five years.
• Must be a qualified small business (SDVOSB, HUBZone, 8(a), etc.) and meet NAICS 532490 size standard ($40 M).
