The U.S. Forest Service is seeking a qualified small‑business contractor to replace the exterior siding on the Chequamegon‑Nicolet National Forest’s Washburn Warehouse complex. The scope includes removal of existing siding, installation of a weather‑resistive barrier, structural inspections and repairs, new sheathing, window and door replacement, new exterior siding, soffit and fascia work, flashing improvements, and trim. The contract is set‑aside 100 % for small businesses and valued between $250 k and $500 k, with a performance period of one year (09/09/2026‑09/08/2027).
