Description
The City of Trenton’s Department of Law is seeking qualified law firms or individual attorneys to provide Assistant Municipal Prosecutor services in Trenton Municipal Court. The contract will be awarded to multiple respondents for a one‑year term, with the possibility of extensions subject to funding. Respondents must attend a mandatory virtual proposal opening on September 10, 2026, and submit sealed proposals by the same deadline. Services include appearing in court, handling DWI pre‑trial and trial sessions, and any other prosecutorial duties assigned by the court. Compensation is capped at $215 per regular session and $300 per prep session, with a not‑to‑exceed ceiling applied at award. The award will be based on qualifications, experience, past performance, and proposed rates.
