The City of Hesperia's Public Works Division is seeking an annual agreement for A.Y. McDonald Parts. The proposal submission deadline is Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Bidders must provide all necessary licenses and permits required by Federal, State, County, and municipal laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations. The City reserves the right to modify and/or suspend any and all aspects of the RFQ, to obtain further information from any Bidder responding to this RFQ, to waive any defect as to form or content of this RFQ or any response thereto, to extend deadlines for accepting responses, to reject any and all responses to the RFQ, and to choose the firm that best serves the City's interests, at its own discretion. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing A.Y. McDonald Parts • Complying with all Federal, State, and local laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations • Maintaining all necessary licenses and permits • Providing evidence of adequate insurance • Ensuring that all materials shall be first quality, with no pre-owned, obsolete, discontinued, or defective materials used • Complying with the California Labor Code requirements, including employment of apprentices, minimum wages, travel and subsistence pay, retention and inspection of payroll records, workers compensation, and payment of prevailing wages, as applicable.
