Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a vendor to supply 5,000 canvas drawstring bags with specific features, including a 210D polyester material, 14W x 16.5H dimensions, and a black color with a long black rope string. The bags will have a 1-color print logo centered on the front. The vendor must deliver the bags to the North Carolina National Guard by 03/13/2026. The contract terms and conditions are outlined in the GPO Contract Terms (GPO Pub. 310.2). Some key requirements include providing a W-9 form before payment, performing a basic check of the furnished publishing files, and submitting a "Press Quality" PDF soft proof for content review.
• The vendor must provide a link to a website containing the item description and a visual for the product quoted, or written specifications along with a visual, within 2 hours of request from GPO.
• The vendor must use a truck with a lift gate and pallets for delivery, and contact SFC Dunlap prior to delivery.
• The vendor must notify the ordering agency and GPO via email on the same day that the product ships, providing tracking numbers, shipping method, and title.
• The vendor must comply with the Buy American Act and indicate whether the end product is domestic or foreign.
