Guardrails

The State of New Hampshire is seeking bids for the supply of guardrails. The contract will be for a one-time order with delivery required within 30 days after receipt of Purchase Order. The successful vendor will be required to warranty all equipment/items awarded for a period of not less than one year or the manufacturer’s standard period of time, whichever is greater. The vendor must also comply with all statutes, laws, regulations, and orders of federal, state, county, or municipal authorities. • The contract is for the supply of guardrails, including box beam posts, box beam paddles, and 12’6” rails. • The contract is for a one-time order with delivery required within 30 days after receipt of Purchase Order. • The successful vendor will be required to warranty all equipment/items awarded for a period of not less than one year or the manufacturer’s standard period of time, whichever is greater. • The vendor must also comply with all statutes, laws, regulations, and orders of federal, state, county, or municipal authorities. • The vendor must provide material safety data sheets with the delivery of any and all products covered by RSA 277-A, the “Worker’s Right to Know Act.”
