A set of Am-241 sources

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is seeking information from sources capable of providing a set of Am-241 sources. The required specifications include anodized aluminum alpha reference sources with specific dimensions and activity levels. The contractor shall provide 4 Am-241 sources that meet these minimum specifications. NIST conducted market research to determine what sources could meet their minimum requirements. • The required Am-241 sources must have overall dimensions of 219 mm x 143 mm x 6.35 mm and active dimensions of 203 mm x 127 mm. • The activity level must be within +30%/-30%. • The sources must be packaged in 4 sturdy packages for shipping. • The contractor must provide details about their company's capabilities, experience, and any relevant information.
