Description
The Air Force is soliciting one ID/IQ contract to provide comprehensive architect‑engineer (A‑E) environmental services for Robins Air Force Base, GA. The effort covers Title I design, Title II construction‑related oversight, and other A‑E services including emergency and imminent‑danger response. The contractor will deliver design studies, cost estimates, regulatory reviews, QA/QC inspections, and rapid‑response remediation for chemical, hazardous‑material, and environmental incidents. Work will be performed under a five‑year contract (one‑year base period plus four one‑year options) with a Firm‑Fixed‑Price, Time‑and‑Material, and Cost‑Reimbursement structure.
