Dedham Hall Flooring

The Dedham Housing Authority is seeking bids for the replacement of common hallway flooring at the State Aided Development: Doggett Circle in Dedham, Massachusetts. The project includes the removal of existing common hallway tile, carpet, and VCT flooring and the installation of new LVP flooring and painting at all development residential building common areas. Asbestos abatement is required. The estimated cost of the project is $208,700.00.
