Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a contractor to provide a wiring harness, branched, with a National Stock Number (NSN) of 6150-01-319-4794. The contract is a firm-fixed-price contract, and the contractor will be required to provide 40 units of the item, with an option for up to 40 additional units. The contractor must be certified under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) to access the Technical Data Package (TDP) for this solicitation. The TDP contains purchased parts, and the contractor will be required to provide post-award traceability to confirm the correct items are being supplied.
• The contractor will be required to provide a first article test sample, which will be used to verify the contractor's ability to produce the item in accordance with the specifications.
• The contractor will be required to provide packaging and marking in accordance with military specifications.
• The contractor will be required to provide inspection and acceptance at the origin, and the Government will have the right to inspect and test the items at any time.
• The contractor will be required to provide deliveries or performance in accordance with the contract schedule.
• The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, employment, and environmental protection.
