Description
The Defense Health Agency (DHA) intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to General Electric Company for the procurement of Colibrium Additive to provide Ti-6AI-4V Grade 23 titanium alloy powder. This powder will be used with the GE Additive ARCAM Q10+ electron beam melting (EBM) system located within the 3D Medical Applications Center at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.
