As-Needed Paving Emulsion Material for the El Paso County, Texas (FY2026)

The El Paso County, Texas is seeking bids for the provision of up to 600,000 gallons of polymer modified emulsified asphalt (HFMS-2P) for the Road and Bridge Department. The contract will be for one year from the date of execution, and the County reserves the right to order more than 600,000 gallons if necessary. The bidder must provide a price per gallon unit cost, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder.
