The Western Virginia Water Authority is seeking sealed bids to supply a comprehensive catalog of Class 52 ductile‑iron fittings (caps, sleeves, reducers, adapters, bends, tees, flanged ends, megalug kits, offsets, etc.) for water‑ and sanitary‑sewer system projects. Bidders must provide two hard‑copy sealed envelopes and may submit an electronic price file within 24 hours after the bid opening for tabulation, but the official bid is the hard copy. Delivery is FOB Destination with unloading required at the Authority’s warehouse or job‑site locations. The contract is a six‑month, fixed‑price agreement beginning January 1 2026.
