Description
The Fitzgerald Public Schools is seeking bids for the asbestos abatement at Fitzgerald High School. The project requires the removal of asbestos-containing materials and compliance with prevailing wage laws. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and walkthrough will be held on March 10, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and include a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationships with the Board of Education or the Superintendent, as well as an Iran Economic Sanctions Act - Affidavit of Compliance.
• The project is a prevailing wage project.
• Bid price shall include all costs associated with the project.
• The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids received.
• Bid documents will be available after March 10, 2026.
