This solicitation seeks a five‑year indefinite‑delivery/indefinite‑quantity (IDIQ) contract to produce, modernize, and sustain the Navy’s Tactical Combat Training System II and the Air Force’s P6 Combat Training System. The work includes design, manufacture, and delivery of airborne and ground subsystems, ancillary mission equipment, spares, and extensive technical data, as well as program‑management, systems‑engineering, cyber‑engineering, logistics, and depot‑support services.
