Description
The US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a vendor to provide online access to the John Wiley & Sons journal database. The contract will be for a period of 8 months, from April 20, 2026, to December 31, 2026, with options to renew for up to 4 additional years. The vendor will be required to provide website/database support staff for IP modifications and other technical issues, supply usage statistics, and deliver the material to the Rock Island District. The award will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable.
• The contract requires online access to the John Wiley & Sons journal database.

• The material must be full text, including photographs, images, tables, graphs, etc.
• The newest issue must be available with no time embargoes or schedule delays.
