The City of Alexandria is seeking qualified vendors to supply new, factory‑built, mineral‑oil‑filled, self‑cooled three‑phase pad‑mount transformers (75 kVA to 2 500 kVA) for a 12‑month inventory stock. The transformers must meet ANSI, ASTM, and NEMA specifications, include internal fault detectors and labeling, and be shipped FOB freight‑prepaid to the City’s central warehouse. The award will be based on the lowest responsive price that can meet a 10‑12‑week delivery window; if the lowest‑priced bidder cannot meet the window, the award moves to the next lowest bidder that can. The contract includes a minimum one‑year warranty (or 18 months from delivery) and payment within 30 days of receipt of a proper invoice.
