Description
The Bellaire Public Schools is seeking a Prime Contractor for the Integrated School Safety Project, which includes mass communication, video surveillance, interior door locking, exterior door monitoring, and visitor management system. The project aims to enhance campus security and operational efficiency. The contractor will be required to enter into a direct contract with the District and must comply with federal prevailing wage laws in Antrim County, Michigan.
• The project scope, technical specifications, and mandatory required bid forms are included in the attached RFP package.
• A mandatory pre-bid meeting and project walk-through will be held on May 11, 2026.
• Proposals must be received no later than 11:00 AM, May 18, 2026.
• The project is subject to Michigan law regarding familial relationships and the Iran Economic Sanctions Act.
