Description
The project involves improving and grading unpaved roads and parking areas at the Timucuan Ecological and Historic Preserve. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, parts, tools, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to complete the work. The project requires a total small business set-aside and the contractor must have this designation in their SAM.gov registration. The proposal must include a technical proposal, capabilities and experience, past performance questionnaires, and a cost proposal with a detailed breakout of costs.
• The project is expected to take 30 days to complete.
• The contractor must provide a payment bond based on the total contract amount.
• The contractor must have experience working with installation of metal building system components and in remote geographic locations.
• The contractor must provide a site superintendent who is deemed acceptable to the Government.
• The contractor must ensure that all subcontractors carry sufficient insurance in accordance with the contract.
