Description
The Ohio Department of Children and Youth is seeking a contractor to create, distribute, and store OHBaby Kits for Help Me Grow Home Visiting programs across the state. The kits will include various materials such as nutrition cards, brochures, and children's books. The contractor will be responsible for managing the production, storage, and shipment of the kits. The contract term will be from the date of the state's signature through June 30, 2026, with the option for renewal.
• The contractor must have the capacity to securely store up to 20,000 kits.
• The contractor must have at least three years of experience in conducting printing, packing, and shipping operations.
• The contractor must be able to produce additional quantities of kits as needed.
• The contractor must be able to change or update materials for kits when necessary.
• The contractor must assemble the kits using uniform packaging.
• The contractor must ship the kits to newborn and ongoing home visiting providers throughout Ohio.
