Union Bleachery Mill Village Sewer Rehab Phase 2

MetroConnects is seeking a contractor to perform extensive sewer rehabilitation in the Union Bleachery Mill Village area of Greenville County. The work includes installation of new PVC pipe, point repairs, cured‑in‑place pipe (CIPP) lining, manhole lining, service lateral replacements, sidewalk and driveway repairs, and abandonment of existing gravity sewer sections. The project is delivered via a Design‑Bid‑Build approach and requires the ability to handle both municipal and private utility connections. • Approximately 2,620 LF of new 8” PVC pipe and 4,485 LF of CIPP‑lined 8” gravity sewer lines • Manhole work: 110‑VF lining, 16 new manholes, and 15 CY of manhole abandonment • Ancillary civil improvements: 80 SY walkways/driveway aprons, 100 ft of concrete curb & gutters, service lateral installations and abandonments • Coordination with Metro and private 6” services for 2,140 LF tie‑ins
