Description
The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) is seeking bids for a term contract to provide plastic tubing, pipe, and fittings for all districts. The contract will be for a period of approximately one year, from the date of award through December 31, 2026. The vendor will be required to provide materials at their bid price to any location within the specific district. The materials include ADS, Hancor, Baughman Tile, and Haviland Drainage Plastic Tubing, Pipe & Fittings, or equivalent.
• The contract requires the vendor to provide free on board (F.O.B) destination delivery, with delivery charges included in the net unit bid price.
• The vendor must provide stocking locations in the Department's Microsoft Excel file (pricing page).
• The contract has a minimum order provision, where orders meeting or exceeding $500.00 shall be shipped by the vendor F.O.B. place of destination at the unit bid prices awarded.
• The vendor must accept State of Ohio payment card (credit card) for orders amounting to $2,500 or less.
• The contract requires the vendor to submit certification test data using the TE-24 system for certain products.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including those related to non-discrimination and equal employment opportunity.
