Description
The Forest Service is seeking a contractor to replace the roof of its warehouse at the Wapiti Ranger Station in Cody, WY. The work includes removal of existing asphalt roofing, installation of a new metal roofing system covering approximately 20 squares (2,000 sq ft), repair and replacement of soffit sheeting as needed, disposal of old materials, acquisition of permits, and compliance with IBC, FAR, and local codes. The contractor must provide a work plan, schedule, and quality‑control program, and all material submittals must be approved before installation. The project must be completed within 30 calendar days after the notice to proceed, with optional soffit work awarded at completion.
