Description
The Fort Knox Qualified Recycle Program is issuing an invitation to bid on the sale of Scrap Deformed Small Arms Fired Cartridge Casings. The bidder agrees to pick up recyclable materials according to the specifications outlined in the solicitation. The materials include deformed and demilitarized small arms cases with primers in various calibers, packaged loose in gaylord boxes. The bidder must provide transportation for the pickup and shipment of the materials. The payment terms require 80% of the award amount to be paid at the time of pickup, with the balance due within 15 calendar days.
• The bidder must initial each page of the agreement and provide all requested information and signatures.
• The bidder must pick up the materials within 10 working days of the award date.
• The bidder is responsible for securing the load and ensuring it is properly transported.
• The Fort Knox QRP reserves the right to reject bids as non-responsive.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the handling and transportation of the materials.
