Budget estimate

$5,000,000 – $15,000,000

The solicitation does not disclose the contract’s dollar value. Based on typical school‑facility renovation projects of this size (approximately 50,000–100,000 sq ft) in Iowa, a reasonable estimate ranges from $5 million to $15 million, depending on the extent of structural upgrades, interior finishes, mechanical systems, and contingency allowances. Factors influencing the final amount include the condition of existing structures, the level of finish required for a children’s village, and any unforeseen site conditions that may arise during construction.
