Description
The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking a vendor to provide laboratory equipment, specifically Thermo Scientific Savant SpeedVac Integrated Vacuum Concentrator Systems and Kits, Thermo Scientific Savant SpeedVac Rotor, and Peak Scientific Instruments Ltd Solaris XE. The acquisition is a brand-name-only requirement, and "or equal" products will not be considered. The vendor must provide the specified brand-name products in the exact quantities and descriptions listed. The delivery term is 30 days after receipt of order. The EPA intends to award a single purchase order, and the award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quotation is determined to be technically acceptable and offers the lowest price.

* Thermo Scientific Savant SpeedVac Rotor (8 microwell plates) (1 unit)
* Peak Scientific Instruments Ltd Solaris XE (1 unit)
* The offeror must provide a quote that includes the name, address, telephone number, and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) of the offeror.
* The offeror must also provide information necessary to evaluate the factors contained in the provision at 52.212-2 or as described in the solicitation.
* The offeror must respond to provisions that require Offeror completion of information, representations, and certifications (other than those collected via the System for Award Management (SAM)).
* The offeror must provide a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the solicitation and any solicitation amendments.
