Body Bags

The Spokane County Medical Examiner is seeking bids for the provision of body bags, including adult, pediatric, and bariatric body bags, as well as shrouds. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the body bags to the Medical Examiner's office. The bid must include all costs associated with the performance of the contract, such as sales tax, permits, insurance, shipping, handling, and freight charges. • The body bags must meet the specifications outlined in the bid document, including being made of a durable material and having a secure zipper closure. • The bidder must provide a specification sheet with their bid, detailing the manufacturer and model of each piece of equipment bid. • The County reserves the right to reject any bid that does not meet the specifications or requirements outlined in the bid document. • The bid must include a unit price for each type of body bag, as well as an extended total price for each item. • The bidder must also provide information on their company, including their name, address, and contact information.
