The County is seeking a qualified contractor to resurface and upgrade the parking lot at Fire Station #24 in Buford, GA. The work includes full‑depth asphalt removal, milling, new asphalt placement, crack filling, seal‑coating, striping, signage installation, and site protection/cleanup while maintaining fire‑engine access. The contractor must coordinate with the fire department, adhere to noise‑restriction hours, and submit a lump‑sum price. Insurance, E‑Verify, and non‑collusion certifications are mandatory.
• Asphalt removal, milling, replacement (≈11,400 sf) and seal‑coating (≈5,200 sf)
• New striping, MUTCD‑approved signage, “No Parking” stencil replacement
• Site protection, erosion control, demolition waste disposal, and final clean‑up
