Description
The US Air Force is seeking a design-build contractor to remove the existing roof on Bldg. 882 and replace it with a new EPDM roof. The project is located at Malmstrom AFB, MT, and the assigned NAICS code is 238160. The project duration is 360 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
• The contractor must be able to access a federal installation to attend the site visit.
• The contractor must submit a Contractor Entry Authorization List (CEAL) to the contracting personnel if they do not currently have the ability to access a federal installation.
• The contractor must contact the Contracting Officer and the Contracting Administrator no later than three business days prior to the proposal due date to request a DoD SAFE drop-off link.
