The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a contractor to print 6676 pamphlets, shipping in various quantities to approximately 1,176 locations in the US, including APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, Australia, Germany, Japan, Alaska, and Hawaii. The pamphlets will be 28 pages plus cover, with a trim size of 8-1/2 X 11". The contractor must provide a saddle-stitch binding, with uncommon bleeds throughout and multiple cross-over images. The quality level required is 2, with a minimum of 175-line screen and a resolution of 2400 x 2400 dpi.
• The contractor must submit quotes via Quick Quote, including all costs and shipping expenses.
• The contractor must provide a W-9 form before payment.
• The contractor must notify the ordering agency on the same day that the product ships/delivers via email.
• The contractor must include all applicable tracking numbers, shipping method, and title in the email notification.
