The State of Louisiana’s Office of State Procurement is seeking a qualified contractor to construct a new parking lot and pave an existing gravel access road for the Department of Public Safety and Corrections (DPS) at the Joint Emergency Services Training Center in Zachary, LA. The work includes all labor, equipment, materials, and compliance with the attached specifications, special terms, and insurance/bond requirements. A mandatory on‑site visit must be completed before bid submission, and bidders must be registered in the LaGov vendor system. Bids are due by the bid opening time on 10/27/2026, with a 5 % bid bond required for contracts $50,000 or greater. The contract may be extended for up to two additional 12‑month periods, not exceeding 36 months total.
