UWARS Battery Kits

The Department of the Air Force, Directorate of Contracting is seeking proposals for the supply of UWARS Battery Kits. The kits consist of lithium coin batteries that provide power for the Universal Water Activation Release System. The contractor shall comply with the standard(s) listed, including ISO 9001-2015, and provide covered telecommunications equipment or services as required. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract. The contractor shall provide the required quantity of UWARS Battery Kits to various foreign military sales (FMS) countries, including Chile, Denmark, Egypt, Greece, Iraq, Israel, Korea, Morocco, Norway, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Thailand, and the United Arab Emirates. The contractor shall also comply with the Prohibition on Contracting for Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment. The evaluation factors for award will be based on the lowest appropriate common carrier transportation costs.
