Description
The project involves a series of municipal roadway improvements on Princess Road in Lawrence Township, funded by the FY 2024 NJDOT Trust Fund. Work includes extensive asphalt milling, resurfacing, concrete sidewalk installation, and curb placement, all to be completed within a tight 60‑working‑day construction window.
• HMA milling of approximately 15,318 SY of existing pavement.
• Placement of a new 9‑mm asphalt surface course totaling about 1,760 tons.
• Construction of a concrete sidewalk covering roughly 747 SY.
• Installation of concrete curbs spanning about 1,178 LF.
These activities require contractors skilled in hot‑mix asphalt work, concrete placement, and municipal road construction, with an anticipated start in early November 2026 and a final completion deadline of mid‑April 2027.
