Atrium Glass Replacement Project

The Western Wyoming Community College is seeking bids for the Atrium Glass Replacement Project. The project involves removing all vertical exiting glass units within the atrium, including vertical units on the roof area, and replacing them with new ones. The contractor will also need to replace all fasteners on cladding, stripping, moldings, and applicable caulking to create a permanent water-tight seal. The project requires the contractor to maintain a safe and secure site, comply with college code of conduct, and coordinate with the college's Facilities Department. The bid includes a mandatory prospective contractor meeting, and the contractor will need to supply and furnish all necessary equipment for the project. • The project requires the removal and replacement of approximately 139 - 4’x 4’ units, 276 – 2’x 2’ units, and 69 – 30”x 60” vertical roof units. • The contractor will need to field verify physical counts and dimensions. • The winning contractor will provide samples of products to field verify and approve colors, tints, and materials before project execution. • The contractor will need to supply and furnish all lift’s, scaffolding, hoists, and other specialty equipment for the project. • The contractor will be responsible for measuring and verifying with the College Representative prior to the start of the Project.
