Standard Missile-6 (SM-6) Block IAU Transition to Production (TTP) Synopsis

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) is conducting market research to identify potential sources for the production of Standard Missile-6 (SM-6) Block IA/IAU and the transition to production of the SM-6 Block IAU missile. The SM-6 provides an extended-range engagement capability for air superiority and the protection of U.S. and allied forces. The Government is seeking information on potential sources for two major efforts: SM-6 Block IA/IAU production and SM-6 Block IAU Transition to Production (TTP). • The SM-6 Block IA/IAU production effort includes the procurement of All-Up-Round (AUR) missiles, instrumentation kits, spares, shipping containers, installation/checkout equipment, and program facility support. • The SM-6 Block IAU TTP effort will support the initial production and preparation for Full Rate Production (FRP) of the SM-6 Block IAU missile. • Respondents are requested to provide a capabilities statement that addresses their company's qualifications and experience, technical approach and capabilities, production capacity, and data rights.
