CODE COMPLIANCE OFFICE RENOVATIONS

The City of Englewood is seeking a general contractor for the renovation of office space within the Englewood Civic Center. The project includes architectural, mechanical, and electrical work, as well as demolition and construction services. The contractor will be responsible for coordinating with a separate furniture vendor for furniture installation.
