Description
The City of Toledo is seeking bids for the 2026 Sidewalk Program, which involves the rehabilitation of sidewalks on various streets in the city. The project will include the removal and installation of deficient panels of sidewalk and pedestrian ramps, in accordance with the Public Right-of-Way Access Guidelines (PROWAG). The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The project is expected to start upon issuance of a notice to proceed and be completed by October 15, 2026.
• The project will involve the removal and installation of sidewalk panels and pedestrian ramps.
• The contractor will be required to comply with prevailing wage rates and provide certified payrolls to the City.
• The contractor will also be required to provide a performance bond in the amount of the contract price.
• The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities.
• The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
