Description
The Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife is accepting bids for the Yampa River State Park - Roof Replacements project. The project involves replacing existing shingled roofs on the visitor center building, the Campers Services Building, an on-site Picnic Shelter, and the Maintenance Building. The successful bidder will be required to furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals needed to complete the project. The project is expected to be completed within 40 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
• Replacement of existing roofs with new architectural shingles
• Removal and disposal of existing roofing materials
• Repair or replacement of roof sheathing as necessary
• Installation of new underlayment and flashing
• Coordination with park operations and maintenance of safe public access
