Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support is issuing a 100 % small‑business set‑aside RFQ for the manufacture and delivery of 2,000 units of a Multi‑Leg Sling (NSN 3940‑01‑541‑0894) with optional 50 % and 100 % quantity increases. The contract will be a fixed‑price, definite‑quantity award and requires First Article Testing (FAT) and Production Lot Testing (PLT) as well as Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification. Pricing is “price‑only” and must be submitted via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). Delivery for the base quantity is 1,220 days after award (approximately 3.3 years); options have shorter delivery windows if FAT/PLT are waived. All offers must be submitted by 3:00 PM EST on 26 Oct 2026.
