The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command is soliciting a proposal for the overhaul of the Shaft Assy, Drive. The contractor shall provide all necessary services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data to overhaul the specified assets. The estimated quantity range is a one-time buy of 60. The proposed contractual action will result in a single award, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), One Time Buy (OTB) with the quantity listed above. • The contractor must be an approved source for this item, and the only approved source is Sikorsky (CAGE: 78286). • The listed contractor is also the only source that has the technical data necessary to perform this acquisition. • The solicitation will not be posted on SAM.GOV, and interested companies must submit a request to the Systems Readiness Directorate to become an approved source. • The DMWR 1-1615-285 dated 6/30/2023 is available for this requirement. • Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds.
