Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Kansas City District, Operations Division, has a need for janitorial services at Stockton Lake Project, Stockton, MO. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Janitorial Services as defined in the Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract. Key services include daily, weekly, monthly, and semi-annual cleaning tasks, as well as other tasks as specified in the Performance Work Statement.
• The contract has a base year and four option years, with a total contract period of five years.
• The contractor must provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and supplies to perform the janitorial services.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, including those related to labor, safety, and environmental protection.
• The contractor must provide a price for all Contract Line-Item Numbers (CLINs) and fill out the supplemental schedule.
• The contractor must submit a completed SF 1449, FAR 52.212-3 Alt. 1, and other required attachments, including a Vendor Information Sheet, Related Experience Form, and Past Performance Form.
