NASA Postdoctoral Program-3 (NPP-3)

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is seeking information from potential sources for the NASA Postdoctoral Program-3 (NPP-3). The program offers research opportunities to highly-talented U.S. and non-U.S. scientists to engage in ongoing NASA research projects. The contractor will be responsible for providing various services, including program-level services, website and knowledge management services, soliciting applicants, receiving and reviewing applications, enrolling new fellows, supporting fellows during their tenure, and providing financial reporting and program effectiveness. The contractor will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Some key aspects of the program include: * Providing a public portal for general information about the NPP program * Managing and incrementally improving NPP online and/or cloud services * Soliciting applicants and reviewing applications * Enrolling new fellows and providing support during their tenure * Providing financial reporting and program effectiveness * Ensuring compliance with ITAR or EAR regulations
